Late Harvest Blouse

Easy fit blouse with long set in sleeves that are full and gathered in with elastic cuffs at the wrists.  The collar has a drawstring style necktie with a centre front slit so blouse can be worn open and casual or drawn up and tied in a sweet bow for a more formal look.
